Wildflowers & Cowboy Hats: A Romantic Wedding at Windemere Farm
Some weddings have a style that makes every detail feel right at home. This celebration at Windemere Farm in San Marcos, Texas, brought together whimsical flowers, soft neutrals, and cowboy hats for a beautiful take on country romance—and we were delighted to be part of it.
With planning by The Label Affair and florals by The Sunrise Petal Company, the wedding paired an elegant bridal look with loose, garden-inspired details. Our cowboy hat bar fit beautifully into that mix, bringing a little Western personality to the celebration. We love how Julia Davis Co. captured the day!
A Bridal Cape and a Bouquet Full of Personality
One of our favorite details was the bride’s long white cape. Draped over her shoulders for part of the day, it added a lovely sense of drama to her look, while her wild, whimsical bouquet brought softness and country charm.
That combination set the tone beautifully: romantic, expressive, and full of character. There was room for both a sweeping bridal cape and a cowboy hat—and we happen to love a wedding that embraces both.
A Hat Bar Dressed in Wildflowers
For this wedding, our white hat bar became a floral moment of its own. Wildflowers draped across the bar, bringing color, texture, and a wonderfully relaxed feel to the crisp white setup.
We love seeing the hat bar woven into a couple’s wedding design. Here, the flowers connected it to the surrounding celebration, making the setup feel thoughtfully placed and beautifully styled.
And honestly? Cowboy hats and wildflowers are a pairing we could get used to.
Neutral Hats, Plenty of Personality
Guests had a selection of neutral-colored cowboy hats to choose from, keeping the display soft and cohesive while leaving room for individual style.
The understated palette complemented the floral-covered bar beautifully. Together, the hats and flowers created a look that felt natural for a country-inspired wedding, with enough polish to sit comfortably alongside the day’s more elegant details.
That’s part of what makes a cowboy hat bar such a fun addition to a wedding: it invites guests into the style of the celebration. They get to choose a hat that feels like them and become part of the look themselves.
A Little Western Charm for Your Wedding Day
This Windemere Farm wedding is a beautiful example of how a cowboy hat bar can become part of the wedding’s overall design. A white bar, whimsical flowers, and a thoughtful selection of neutral hats gave the experience a distinctly romantic feel.
We loved being included in a celebration with so much personality, and seeing our setup surrounded by these lovely details made it especially memorable.
